la Madeleine Bonjour Rewards App Reviews

Tried it twice get the green box at checkout but when I get to my seat it shows $0 or $1.99 for my $30+ transaction. The folks at the store dont seem to know much about it. Frustrating experience.

I would rather not store my credit card information in the app. Other restaurant apps allow you to prepay without having to store your card info. And then there are others where you simply have to scan your receipt to get credit for having made a purchase. This one has just a few too many rules.

So excited. Been a loyal guest for years, and this is just an added bonus. Thanks LM for rewarding us!

Frustrating. I have been 8+ times and all my transactions appear in $0.- or $2.79 for $12+ for each purchase. People in the restaurant does not seem to care or be interested.

Like others was not given proper credit for my purchase. Cashier at location was not well informed how to use. Madeleine look at other restaurant/coffee apps and take note! Also not comfortable with storing my info on app.

One of the worst apps I ever came across! Not worth downloading. I have not been able to get a single reward point to my account although I have been more than a dozen times to LA since I downloaded this app!

Love the new app its quick, fast & paperless. Wish it was a place to store la Madeleine gift card. Had to cancel my payment method so I could use gift card instead. But still use app to show food purchases..

Registered based on promise of rewards. Only get rewards if you register your credit card with the app and pay that way. No thank you. How about giving rewards just for visiting the restaurant and purchasing food?

Doesnt correctly record your transactions. Dont waste your time.

All of the functions work in the app and you dont have to add a credit card to get your rewards. If you want to pay without using a credit, you can "load" it by buying yourself a gift card in the app. This is awesome!

We eat at LaMad all the time - love the restaurant, but this app is junk. Wanted to be able to order a take out. Thats all - first, it forces you to sign up for the rewards program, birthday required, etc. I dont want the stupid Bonne Rewards - I just want to order food. Nope. Ok, fill in all the junk. Now, can I order? Nope. Sorry, for now, we just havent linked those things. Ordering is separate. You have to make ANOTHER account for that. Seriously? Yup. Ok, I do that. NOW can I order? Well sure.... They just launch safari and bounce me over to the website, which doesnt recognize either of the accounts I just filled up with information. Thanks for the wasted effort - and I still havent ordered. Cant wait to get all the junk spam now. Were going to Corner Bakery instead tonight.

Love this restaurant, great food, great service & easy To Go ordering with all food packaged very well.

This app simply offers no features that are useful to me, which is sad because it seems like I am the target market - I eat, like the restaurant, and I like to use apps to make my experience more enjoyable or at least more efficient. The app doesnt help me accomplish any of this. Its main focus is offering me a way to store my credit card information so I can use the app to pay when I am at the restaurant. You know what else does that? My iPhone without this app! Why would I add another layer of complexity and another service to potentially lose control of my personal and financial info. No, thank you. Now, if I could order food in the app and it would use my stored info to streamline payment when I place the order, it might be worth my while. Sadly, the app does not let you order food! It provides a link to order, and the link opens the companys mobile website in Safari, not the app, and it is the second worst online ordering experience I have ever attempted. The app does offer lots of links that let me use my social media accounts to promote their restaurant. Again, if the app was useful in some way that mattered to me, I might use it and then use the social media links while Im in the app. But if I was determined to spread the word about La Madeleine, I could do it quicker and easier by just using, you guessed it, my social media apps! No need for this app and the links it provides. Please, find someone who understands why customers use apps and get their input. This app is a waste.

The registration process is only for the rewards program and you have to register again with the mobile website if you actually want to order. They dont have an ability to auto fill the form or a connection between form fields. You cannot change your password, the field is unclickable. Worst of all it only has an option to track location always. Why does an app that I only need location to pick a restaurant need to track me all day long...?
