Unresponsive re rewards not added

Love La Madelines. The app is ok. I wish ordering was easier from the app instead of sending you to the website. I am not able to add a password to my account even though there is a place to put a password it will not allow me to click it. On the website I clicked forgot password but never get a link to reset it. I dont want to make a new account and lose my reward points. Please help!!

I like the app and I eat there pretty often. Id loved if youd add a feature so I could add a visit if I forgot to get it scanned at the store. Thats happened twice now.

The food is amazing. The service is terrible.

There is no a reward. Weve been using this app for a few month on a weekly basis-we live next door. So far we havent earned any rewards. Why bother?

I love the app almost as much as I love the restaurant. There is one gap that I hope you can close in an update soon. You need to store more than just one card, or be able to scan for rewards and pay separately. I would like to switch between my business/personal cards when appropriate. Now, I have to delete and add.

At first I really loved this app. Its easy to set up, and easy to use. But Im starting to realize its not working so well. I did the "refer a friend" to get a free cup of soup or petite salad for both. You had to use a special link to share with a friend so that they could download the app, and upon their first visit, you would both get a reward. Well she got a reward, and I did not...Then I started noticing that though I visited and scanned very often, I wasnt moving up in levels. I wasnt receiving any rewards. Upon looking on my transactions, none of them have been logged for months now!! Very discouraging! Why bother with this app?

I consistently run into dead ends ... for instance when setting up preferences, searching rewards, etc. When I get to the last screen there is no way to go to any other screen.

There are no rewards. I visit LaM twice a week. My bill is $10.85 each visit.... Im a creature of habit... There are no rewards. If there were no app, I probably would not be disgruntled. But you give me an app and promised me rewards and give me nothing, extremely disappointed.

Perfect for family! The food is delicious!!

Half of the time, cashier doesnt know how to ring up the reward & customer end up get a charge for the item instead of getting it free. So be cautious when using the reward feature.

I freaking love this place for its great service and food. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner every week at la Madeline. I love there salads and croissants.

This is s welcome perk for regular customers. Needs Apple Watch support, which will likely come with updates. Also would be nice to be able to add existing Gift Cards to the iPhone App.

First time I was at LM they gave me a small postcard promoting the app as I was leaving the checkout. I asked if I could add todays purchase to a new account for me and they said no that it could only be used in the future. I went back to LM for sat breakfast with my wife at the Frisco Tx location about 9am and they said the software was down so it would scan the barcode in the LM app n my iPhone but then would not process....they had me try it 3xs. I keep getting emails from LM offering a free tart or whatever. The IT and marketing people need to talk. Think I will go to Mimis Cafe ihop, Brazils or panera bread. Disappointed

We love la Madeleine and have been guests for years. So happy they have rewards now! Love the app. Easy to use. We even pay with it.

Im a huge fan of La Madeleine and now they give out rewards when I visit makes me want to come and eat even more! Im already on their 2nd level and just received my free soup. This program rocks!

This app is not only easy to use but is also one of the prettiest apps on my phone! Love that I get a free pastry just for signing up.
