First time I was at LM they gave me a small postcard promoting the app as I was leaving the checkout. I asked if I could add todays purchase to a new account for me and they said no that it could only be used in the future. I went back to LM for sat breakfast with my wife at the Frisco Tx location about 9am and they said the software was down so it would scan the barcode in the LM app n my iPhone but then would not process....they had me try it 3xs. I keep getting emails from LM offering a free tart or whatever. The IT and marketing people need to talk. Think I will go to Mimis Cafe ihop, Brazils or panera bread. Disappointed
